Heirloom Series & American Singles
Uniquely expressive
These days, apples in America are grown almost entirely for eating. Yet before Prohibition, many varietals were grown primarily for cider. Others, deemed tasty off the tree, recipe-worthy and suitable for cider, were honored as “heirloom” varietals. This part of our lineup showcases heirlooms and American cider apples that thrive in our region – and present beautifully in the glass. Look for these in select PNW grocery stores, bottle shops, at our downtown Spokane taproom, or purchase online.

This single-varietal cider aims to revive Virginia Crab’s fame, expressing rich, full-bodied tropical fruit aromas and flavors.
Suggested pairings
Pork, figs, honey and chèvre, or charcuterie.
Finished Gravity: 1.010 (Semi-Sweet)
